NextGen Teachers are working with a number of Primary and Secondary schools based in Swanley and the surrounding areas who are going to be requiring adhoc and supply cover from September 2025.

We are looking for candidates with professional experience working with children in schools, who are looking for flexible work on a daily / supply basis.

Morning calls take place from 7:00am - 8:30am in the morning and the rate of pay is dependent on experience and setting.

The role of a Teaching Assistant will be to:

• Deliver daily 1:1 teaching sessions under the guidance of experienced teaching staff
• Assist with the development and delivery of individualised learning programmes
• Supervise pupils during playtime and lunch on a rota basis
• Collect and record learning data and maintaining progress evidence
• Work collaboratively within a classroom team, using behaviourally based instruction to support the pupils learning journey

In order to be to shortlisted for this role candidates must:

• Experienced working with children in a school setting in the last 1-2 years
• The right to work in the UK
• An enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Two professional references

• Be available full-time from September 2025
