Daily Rate: £92 - £110 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-day, Short-term, Long-term placements available)

We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across the Kirklees area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individual pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.

The Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to individual pupils, both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment to help children thrive academically and emotionally
• Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs

We're Looking For:

• Experience working in schools or with children with additional needs (essential)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
