Equal Education Partners is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team in Neath Port Talbot. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students' learning and development in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

? Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
? Assist students in their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
? Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
? Support students with their social and emotional development
? Collaborate with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning
? Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
? Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote student well-being

Requirements

? Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
? Experience working with children in an educational setting
? A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
? Right to work in the UK
? Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
