Teaching Assistant - Part Time

A friendly school in Maidenhead is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team on apart-time basis for2-3 days per week. In thispart-time role, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children's learning. You’ll offer personalised assistance to individuals and small groups, contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom setting. Responsibilities:

??Offer tailored support to individual children or small groups, including those with additional needs.
??Collaborate with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that promote early learning.
??Adapt and create learning resources to accommodate the diverse needs and learning styles of young children.
??Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, helping to boost their confidence and encourage active participation.
??Track and assess children’s progress, providing useful feedback and observations to the teaching team to support their development.

Requirements:

? A genuine interest for supporting the learning of children.
? Experience in a similar role is desirable, though not required.
? Strong communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
?Eligibility to work in the UK.
?DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new DBS check.
