Teacher Supply Cover is a small, independent education agency that has been working with schools across Herefordshire and the Welsh border for eight years. We work with primary, secondary and SEN schools, and we're looking for teaching assistants, including people with SEN, one-to-one or learning support experience, for day-to-day and longer-term roles.
The work
* Supporting class teachers in primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools
* One-to-one and small-group support for children and young people with additional needs
* Day-to-day cover and longer-term placements in Hereford and the surrounding area
What you'll need
* Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare or care setting (a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is a plus but not essential)
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check, which we arrange for you
* A warm, patient and reliable approach
What we offer
* £15 per hour, paid weekly
* Work that fits around your availability – you choose the days you can work
* A personal service: you'll deal with Neil directly, not a call centre
* We arrange your enhanced DBS and help with EWC registration for Powys schools
