• Proven Experience: You have a solid background working within primary schools.
• SEN Expertise: You have experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Empathy and Passion: You are empathetic and driven by a desire to see children excel.
• Team Player: You can work independently and collaboratively to ensure all children meet their targets.
• EHCP Knowledge: You have experience working to EHCP targets.
