Simply Education is seeking caring, motivated and reliable Teaching Assistants and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for opportunities in Gainsborough and the surrounding areas, including DN21 and DN22.

Whether you prefer supporting children in a school classroom or helping younger children develop in an early years setting, we would love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you may:

Support teachers with classroom learning and activities.
Help pupils build confidence and independence.
Provide individual or small-group support.
Assist with inclusive learning and SEN support where required. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you may:

Support children's learning through play and exploration.
Help deliver creative and engaging activities.
Encourage communication, social development and independence.
Follow the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. What you'll need

Experience working with children in a school or nursery.
A Level 3 childcare qualification for Nursery Practitioner roles.
Patience, enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
A reliable and professional approach.
A genuine interest in children's learnig and development.
