Teaching Assistants Needed!

Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for an outstanding schools in Aylesbury.

Job Specification:

• Location: Aylesbury
• Job Title: Teaching Assistant
• Contract: Term to Perm
• Full/Part Time: Full Time
• Rate: £90 - £110 (DOE)
• Hours: 8:30am - 4pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning of learning activities.
• Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to supports students to achieve learning goals.
• Monitor students’ responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed.
• Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student achievement, progress, problems etc.
• Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy
• Create and maintain a purposeful, structured and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of students’ work.

YOU MUST:

• Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
• Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
• Provide two professional references
