The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, testing and complying documentation within a busy and fast paced team working within the Quality Department, covering various interesting sectors.

Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE matters to promote a safety-first culture.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present reports on QHSE performance metrics to senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and certifications.

Profile

• Proven technical background, quality experience is not essential as training provided
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Competence in using relevant software tools for reporting and documentation.
