Job Description - Telesales

Pertemps are recruiting for a Telesales position to join our client’s team in Saltash. This role involves engaging with existing customers, introducing them to preloaded product deals, and processing orders.

Role: Telesales
Location: Saltash
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: 12 weeks initially with a view to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Contacting existing retail customers and promoting product deals
Processing orders and managing customer queries
Building relationships and encouraging repeat business
Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell where appropriate
Good attention to detail for processing orders accurately
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
