Temp to Perm Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator - Portsmouth
8:30am – 1:00pm
Immediate Start Required

We are currently recruiting for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy and welcoming office on a part time, temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking for part-time hours and can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of house duties: greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing general enquiries
Booking and preparing meeting rooms, maintaining a tidy and professional office environment
Carrying out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing post, and inbox monitoring
Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Confident, professional, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to work independently and hit the ground running
