The Role - Temporary Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Location: Hillington, Glasgow
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Length of Assignment: Ongoing
Hours: Part-time

Our client, a reputable organisation in the Hillington area of Glasgow, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. This part-time position offers flexibility in working hours, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a balanced work-life schedule.

The main software used is Sage 200 and therefore we are only able to consider candidates with this software experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Review and reconcile company bank statements.
• Prepare Management Accounts and supporting schedules.
• Manage prepayments and accruals.

Key Skills Required:

• Essential: Proven experience with Sage 200 software.
• Recent experience in Bookkeeping or Finance Administration.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong numerical skills to analyse financial data efficiently.
