Temporary Caretaker

We are looking for an experienced caretaker to join our team working on luxury residential properties across London.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a caretaker / facilities assistant / caretaker/ yardperson/ cleaner and would be available immediately. This role will involve moving and handling heavy objects so please be aware of this when applying.

Duties:

• Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
• Undertaking regular building patrols.
• Duties may include: Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
