Temporary Caretaker

PMR provide staff to luxury residential buildings across the UK and are currently seeking temporary Caretaker staff to join our expanding team!

Hourly rates vary between buildings but generally it will be £12.75 per hour rising to £13.85 per hour where we have clients who pay London Living Wage.

Duties include:

• Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner
• Undertaking regular building patrols
• Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking
• Sweeping the courtyard area
• Compacting large volumes of cardboard
• Jet washing floors
