Temporary Delivery Assistant

This role is temporary and the engagement date will end on September 7th 2025.

Staff members are required to start from 6/7am.



The role has accountability for delivering exceptional service to drive personal and business targets. It requires the need to inspire our customer through your belief and love of our products. We are looking for someone who strives to continuously learn and develop their service skills, product knowledge and behaviours in our ever changing retail environment. Successful candidates will take an active role in sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the store environment and grow the business.

Whilst this is a delivery role, we require an individual with the flexibility to support colleagues on and off the shop floor and in other areas of the store when required from time to time.

In this role you will be working with stock from all different fascia’s and departments of the store.

Key Accountabilities:

• Unpack and process deliveries in an efficient and timely manner
• Adhere to company visual principles and tagging guidelines 
• Able to meet the pace and demand of stock for customers 
• Be adaptable whether that be working with clothing, accessories or footwear on deliveries 
• Understanding the different fascia’s and brands within the stores 
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation
• Take an active role in supporting in-store events, providing ideas and feedback on ways to improve.
• Maintains sophisticated retail and visual standards to capture the customers imagination to drive sales
• Takes an active role in loss prevention within the store
• Adheres to all health and safety policies at all times

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
