Temporary FLT Driver/ Stock Controller

Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Division is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Bradford. We are currently supporting the business in their search for a Temporary FLT/Stock Controller

Working Hours & Pay for the FLT/Stock Controller 

• Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday - 8am – 4pm / Friday 8am-2pm
• Rate: £14.00ph
• Temporary contract 4-6 weeks 

Key Responsibilities:

• Store materials systematically for easy access.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Update inventory systems and manage stock movements.
• Assist with regular stock takes across departments.
• Prepare and package orders with correct labeling.
• Issue materials and tools per production schedules.
• Maintain stock levels to prevent delays.
• Operate counterbalance forklifts 
• Keep accurate stock records.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in stores/stock control (manufacturing).
• Ability to read delivery notes & stock records.
• Strong organization, time management & attention to detail.
• Forklift license (counterbalance).
• Knowledge of health & safety in manufacturing.
