?? Location: Bradford (BD1) ?? Hours: 4 hours per day, between 10:00am-3:00pm ?? Start Date: 18th August ?? Duration: Ongoing with potential to become permanent ?? Pay Rate: £12.70-£13.00 per hour

Are you a confident communicator with a warm, professional presence? We're looking for a Front of House Coordinator to support a well-established accountancy firm in their modern Bradford office. You'll be the welcoming face of the business, joining a bubbly and supportive team that values excellence and friendliness in equal measure.

? What You'll Be Doing:

• ?? Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• ?? Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• ?? Inputting data into internal CRM systems
• ?? Coordinating deliveries and liaising with reception and other departments
• ?? Managing the internal email inbox
• ?? Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed

?? What We're Looking For:

• ? Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role
• ?? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• ?? Confident using IT systems including Excel and CRM platforms
• ? A polished, professional manner and excellent communication skills
