Temporary Membership Manager

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in King’s Cross office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays encouraged)
Start Date:Immediate
Salary: £36,500-£40,000
Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension

Membership Bespoke is proud to be partnering with a leading membership organisation to recruit an experienced and capable Temporary Membership Manager to support the organisation through a critical period of operational and financial planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, data-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong financial oversight, CRM confidence, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on interim role where you’ll play a key leadership part in:

• Managing the supporter operations budget – ensuring efficient oversight and accurate reporting.

• Leading on the reforecasting and 2026 budget planning cycle, commencing in September.

• Handling escalated member complaints, working closely with the compliance team.

• Providing line management to a small, dedicated team, including the Supporter Experience Coordinator and one other team member.

Our client is seeking a Temporary Membership Manager who can hit the ground running, with the following experience and skills:

• Strong financial and data management expertise – confident working with budgets and reforecasts.

• Solid experience with CRM systems, particularly in the context of transitions – experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.

• Calm, confident, and people-focused, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven line management experience in a membership or supporter engagement setting.

• Available immediately and ready to take on a leadership role with autonomy.

This is a hybrid position, with 2 days a week in the King’s Cross office, ideally Tuesday and Wednesday. The contract will run for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
