Temporary Property Administrator - ASAP Start!

Role: Temporary Property Administrator

Contract Length: Ongoing

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

Hours: This role is based on a rota basis which gives you a longer weekend every other week!

Week 1 - Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 5pm

Week 2 - Monday & Friday 8am - 12.30pm, Tuesday - Wednesday 12.30pm - 5pm

Location: Sheffield, S19 (Free Parking Onsite)

What You'll Do:

• As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for providing a professional and high-quality customer service to prospective and existing tenants, clients and visitors
• You will support the Manager in carrying out various tasks in relation to property management in order to ensure maximum occupancy levels such as conducting office viewings
• Monitor and manage visitor and tenant car park areas
• Manage and update the entry point fob security system for out of hours access
• Raise invoices for tenants' services to include: franking of mail, photocopying, conference facilities and car parking
• Ensure proper mail distribution and frank all outgoing mail for tenants
• Meet and greet visitors to the business centre and direct any enquiries
• Update local marketing material, website and social media
• Ensure common areas are always kept presentable

• Be well presented and able to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Good organisational, verbal and written communication skills
• A good understanding of Word and Excel and other office-based support software
• Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
• Ability to multitask by employing effective time management strategies
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Confidence, enthusiasm and strong dedication to the job and company
• Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
