Are you a bright, friendly individual who loves interacting with people? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? Our Client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their dynamic team and ensure a seamless experience for their valued customers.

?? Start Date: ASAP (Various Ad-hoc dates)
?? Location: Doncaster, DN2 - Free parking on site!
? Hours: Range between 8am - 6pm
?? Rate: £12.60 per hour + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay

Key Duties:
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Managing appointment bookings for service and sales
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Maintaining the reception area to ensure it's always presentable
• Collaborating with team members to support daily operations

About You:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

• Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
• A friendly and approachable demeanour that puts customers at ease
• organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus!
