?? The Role - What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with queries

• Providing friendly, helpful and personalised service

• Responding to emails and messages with professionalism and care

• Offering clear information on the company’s products and services

• Working closely with the team to create a great customer experience

?? Who We’re Looking For:

• Ideally you have some customer service experience, though not essential.

• You’re a great communicator - clear, confident and empathetic

• You’re comfortable with tech - using email, Microsoft Office, etc.

• Most importantly, you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
