Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Basic + Bonuses + Career Progression

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:

* Candidate sourcing and talent attraction

* Interviewing and candidate screening

* Right to Work and compliance checks

* CV formatting and candidate registration

* Posting and managing job adverts

* Building relationships with candidates

* Coordinating interviews and placements

* Database management and administration

* Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants

As you develop, you'll progress into managing your own vacancies, building client relationships, and developing leadership skills.
