Trainee Recruitment Consultant Early Years

JBD Recruitment specialises in placing exceptional Early Years professionals in nurseries and childcare settings.
We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team, based at our Head Office in Petts Wood.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.

Manage the full 360 registration and on-boarding process for staff.

Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent.

Maintain and update the candidate and client database.

The role is Monday to Friday and the hours are 7 till 4.30 / 8.30 till 6 on a rota basis.
