Your role in a nutshell

If so, we would love you to join our team as a UK VM Manager- The mission of this role is to elevate the look of all stores, collaborating with retail to upskill, train and provide guidance.

More about the role
Key activities:
• Field based role with office-based meetings as required.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure standards are being met and campaigns are executed correctly
• Manage and deliver new store openings, refits, flagship executions and campaigns, managing the POS, VM props, and VM schedule
• Work closely with the Global VM team, localising the Global VM Guide and leading the execution of the VM plan in the UK market for all retail formats (stand alone stores/ wholesale support as required)
• Expert at delivering visual theatre for PR events/ Conferences/ Marketing OOH activity where the brand is physically present
• Work with Global VM team to deliver New Concept stores with UK as lead trial market
• Budget Management for UK POS and Print/ Visual activity
• Field direction/Training and Support: train, coach and collaborate with store teams to ensure consistently high standards across the UK
• Provide guidelines for all stores and principles to fit UK assortment
• Must be a collaborator, confidently able to train store staff and deliver direction, but also able to be independent and travel
