Underwriting and Change Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Underwriting and Change Technician to join our team at AXA Commercial. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving workflow authorisation and operational processing through responsive and collaborative relationships.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and supporting colleagues with technical and procedural aspects of underwriting, driving operational efficiency by delivering transformation and change projects, providing business support for transformation initiatives, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for conducting QA and Risk Audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness across commercial operations.

Requirements:

• Insurance and product knowledge essential
• Underwriting license required
• Technical underwriting expertise and commercial lines business knowledge
• Strong process and design capability
• Analytical skills and adaptability
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships

This position requires eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. It is an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role, subject to background screening every 4 years.
