Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Assist with the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who may need additional help
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Work with students to build confidence and motivation
