Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Upholsterer, working for a highly reputable business located in Consett. Joining a growing family-run business who are currently looking for an experiencedupholsterer to join their team.

Upholsterer Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install upholstery, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, sew, and assemble materials.
• Perform lifting and warehouse tasks as needed to support production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate projects and address any issues.

Upholsterer Applicants:

• Proven experience in upholstery is essential (2 years+)
• A solid background in the upholstery industry
• High standards of workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm (37.5 hours per week)
• Overtime and Saturday work available (paid at time and a half)

This is a Full-Time role but will also fulfil part time candidates too. Minimum starting salary of £29,250 per annum plus a bonus scheme.
