Virtual Events & Marketing - P/T 3 day per week role!

Part Time (3 days per week) Marketing & Virtual Events role available!

Location: Outskirts Bath (1-2 days in the office)

Duration: 3 months with potential extension beyond this

My client based on the outskirts of Bath are looking for a Marketing and Virtual Events Executive on a temporary basis who will support with the technical set-up and delivery/broadcasting of online webinars and virtual events. The role will also involve generalist marketing support.

The role will include:

• Liaison with clients and webinar presenters/subject matter experts to organise and schedule the production and delivery of virtual events and webinars
• Working with editorial teams to set up and test the recordings (90% of which are pre-recorded)
• Check through recorded media and quality check the recordings
• Creation of graphics on the webinar landing pages
• Working closely with Campaign Executives and Editorial moderators
• Using HubSpot to collect registrations of attendance for each event
• Generalist marketing and administrative support when required.

I am looking for someone who is looking for a 3 day per week working pattern ideally Tuesday - Thursday for at least a 3-month period.  The role would suit someone who is technically minded, organised with strong communications skills and the willingness to learn.  Experience in online webinars would be advantageous and the packages they use include Vimeo, JotForm or HubSpot so any previous experience of these would be ideal.
