WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – FLEXIBLE AD HOC SHIFTS

PAY RATE: £11.44 per hour (all hours)
LOCATION: Uddingston
HOURS OF WORK: Start times between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM (ad hoc shifts based on client requirements)

Day-to-Day Duties

• Picking and packaging customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods, ensuring all items match the relevant paperwork
• Reporting any damaged or missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and maintaining equipment
• Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
• General warehouse and labourer duties

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable handling parcels up to 15kg (heavier items can be moved using pallet trucks)
• Strong team-working skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Great organisational and record-keeping abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
