Weekend Car Sales Support

An outstanding automotive retailer who has a requirement for Part Time Weekend Sales Support Staff to join their busy used car operation in Hinckley.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  
  
  Be the welcoming face of the showroom during our busiest times.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Greet every visitor warmly and professionally, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Support the sales team by assisting customers with appointments, vehicle viewings and test drives.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Answer customer queries and provide general information about the cars and products on offer.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Help manage customer flow and ensure no opportunity is missed, including walk\-in enquiries.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Keep the showroom tidy, clean, and well presented at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in a customer\-facing role (retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred).
  


• Confidence and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
  


• Excellent communication and people skills – you enjoy talking to people and making a great impression.
  


• Professional and presentable appearance.
  


• A proactive attitude – able to spot and support customer needs without being asked.
  


• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (and Bank Holidays if required).
  

Benefits

This is a part time weekend role, working 10\-7 Saturdays and 10\-5 Sunday with potential earnings circa £10k p.a.
