Warehouse Team Leader – Weekend Shift

Outskirts of Northamptonshire (NN6)

Saturday & Sunday 15:00pm – 01:00am

£14,265.17 + weekend shift bonus

We have proudly partnered with a leading logistics expert, on their expansion of a weekend shift team leader. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly, team members are supported, and performance targets are consistently met. The position plays a key role in labour planning, safety compliance, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities within a designated zone of the warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
Allocate team members and equipment to meet operational priorities.
Uphold safety protocols and respond appropriately to any safety-related incidents or breaches.
Address operational issues quickly to minimize disruption.
Actively engage with staff—celebrating successes, resolving concerns, and building strong team morale.
Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Support people management tasks such as attendance tracking, performance conversations, and disciplinary procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify and implement process enhancements.
Take part in or lead specific projects aligned with warehouse or business goals.
