Location: Village Primary School - Outskirts of Huntingdon
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Salary: MPS (pro rata)

I C Talent Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-respected village primary school located just outside Huntingdon. The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Year 1 Class Teacher to work three days per week from September 2025.

This opportunity would suit a qualified teacher who is passionate about early education and looking for a fulfilling part-time role in a supportive, community-driven school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum

• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils in Year 1

• Assess and track pupil progress, using this to inform planning and next steps

• Work effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school team

• Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupil development and progress

• Uphold school values, contribute to the wider school community, and follow all safeguarding procedures.
