Year 3 Teacher (Job Share, 2 days/week) - Starting September
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 teacher to join our team in a job-share capacity for 2 days per week (flexible on which weekdays, ideally aligned with your co-partner). This is an exciting opportunity for experienced or emerging Year 3 educators looking for excellent work-life balance. You will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
Collaborating with your job-share partner to ensure consistent planning and delivery
Planning in line with school policies and the National Curriculum
Providing timely, constructive feedback through marking and assessments
Monitoring pupil progress and communicating updates to parents and carers
Contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment
Liaising with teaching assistants and supporting colleagues
Participating in relevant staff meetings, INSET days, and professional development sessions
