Year 3 Teacher (Part-Time)

Year 3 Teacher (Job Share, 2 days/week) - Starting September

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 teacher to join our team in a job-share capacity for 2 days per week (flexible on which weekdays, ideally aligned with your co-partner). This is an exciting opportunity for experienced or emerging Year 3 educators looking for excellent work-life balance. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum

• Collaborating with your job-share partner to ensure consistent planning and delivery

• Planning in line with school policies and the National Curriculum

• Providing timely, constructive feedback through marking and assessments

• Monitoring pupil progress and communicating updates to parents and carers

• Contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment

• Liaising with teaching assistants and supporting colleagues

• Participating in relevant staff meetings, INSET days, and professional development sessions
