Part-Time Year 5 Teacher - Faith School near Rugby

We're working with a lovely village faith school located near Rugby and are seeking an experienced Upper KS2 teacher to join their team. The school is easily accessible from Leamington Spa, Bedworth, and Coventry, making it a convenient option for teachers across the region.

Role Details:

• Year 5 class
• Part-time: 2.5 days per week
• Flexible working pattern: Choose between Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday
• Autumn Term, with the possibility of it extending
• Full teaching responsibilities
• Strong behaviour management skills required
• Supportive school environment with a large team
• Shared planning with a large, collaborative KS2 team
• Excellent organisation and communication are essential for job-sharing success.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced KS2 teacher
• You should be able to adapt to different teaching methods and environments and be confident in doing so.
• You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
• Be flexible, approachable, understanding and empathetic
