Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth in the UK market - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and partners - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch new business opportunities to potential clients - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities - Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress and strategies

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong drive for success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities - Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
