Business Development Associate

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 0 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in business development. We are looking for someone who is independent, resourceful, and possesses strong time management and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities through research and analysis - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies - Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate efforts - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build connections - Provide support to the Business Development Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required
