Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles - Confident and adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events
