Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Markel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Business Development Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and planning skills, as well as demonstrate reliability and confidence in their work.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of online business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue - Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new online opportunities for business development - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities for expansion - Build and maintain relationships with key online partners and vendors - Monitor and analyze online sales metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement - Support the development of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions - Assist with the development of reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online business development or related field - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools
