Online Business Development Associate

General Mills is seeking a highly motivated and confident Online Business Development Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. 2. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's online presence. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online marketing campaigns and initiatives. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the online space. 5. Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions. 6. Provide support to the sales team in developing online marketing materials and proposals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the online marketplace.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong time management and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of driving online business growth. 5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
