Administration |Sector: Transport & Logistics Our client is a family run business which supplies warehousing facilities, transport and distribution covering the UK and Europe. Due to continued expansion they require a part time Transport administrator to work within the administration department in their Selby office. My client is proud of the longevity of service which spans their team, some who have achieved over 30 years’ service. Working mainly on their inhouse management system and the system which supports their network of partners to follow through deliveries to their end destination Dealing with a high volume of queries via phone and email Monitoring deliveries are running on time and liaising with the relevant partners to update them of any issues/delays Assisting the Transport Team with administration requirements and booking forms Processing proof of deliveries of goods Customer service via email and phone High level of attention to detail with administration • A team player who is happy to help others #
