Our Impact & Reach Founded in 2003 as an evolution of the Coalition of Healthy Communities network (established 1993), the Alliance has grown to encompass 21+ community prevention coalitions serving over 55 local communities across Oakland County. We provide 100% county coverage, ensuring that community members have access to prevention, support, and recovery resources wherever they are located.
