The Client Strategy Manager will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of ADM's services. This role requires a deep understanding of paid digital media, strong analytical skills, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment.Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with ADM's capabilities.Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies and campaigns.Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services.Documentation & Insights Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems.
