Birg is a holding company — an institution that owns a family of businesses rather than running any single operating engine itself. Its whole positioning is that it's not a venture studio, not a fund, and not an advisory firm, even though it owns one of each. It's the layer above all three: the single long-term owner that sets one standard every business is held to and governs how capital and lessons move between them. It operates through three arms: rthmc — the venture studio. Builds companies from raw idea to launch (Build). Birg Capital — the VC arm. Invests in and scales high-potential companies (Invest & Scale). Interuum — the advisory arm. Sharpens organizations Birg doesn't own (Enable & Optimize). The governing idea is stewardship over ownership: businesses are treated as things meant to outlast whoever holds them, held to values with an actual evidence trail (integrity, accountability, fairness, transparency, stewardship, long-term thinking, merit) and hard exclusions that don't move for any deal.
