As a result, downtime should be used for maintenance and other improvement work activities. Job Description The Solar Maintenance Technician role is central to CES mission to provide reliable services for renewable assets. CES relies on its Solar Maintenance Technicians to perform high quality routine and corrective work on solar power plants, enabling plants to perform at maximum efficiency. CES focuses on training and career development so that its technicians are seen by customers as among the most technically advanced in the industry. In this role, youll travel in and out of state regularly and work with other CES technicians to provide a best-in-class service offering to our customers.
