We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team during the busy season for a temporary assignment of 2-3 months . This is a rare opportunity to learn about pastry production with a highly esteemed culinary team! The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for producing desserts and chocolates for the restaurants, banquets, breakfast service, and other culinary operations. This role ensures that all products are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the high-quality standards established by the Executive Pastry Chef, as well as Forbes Five-Star and Michelin expectations. The Pastry Chef de Partie is also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health department regulations and the kitchen’s sanitation standards. This is a full-time, temporary position located at the JUSTIN Estate (11680 Chimney Rock Rd., Paso Robles, CA 93446). The typical work schedule includes evenings and weekend availability is required. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and willing to work on holidays and during events.
