Careers at Passion For Life

Passion for Life (P4L), a 501c nonprofit The mission of Passion for Life is to help high school students identify their passions and help them create a plan to turn them into rewarding careers. We are a youth workforce development organization that serves youths who would otherwise go unnoticed: the under-resourced and at-risk youths who have limited to no access to the technology, financing, and professional networks that can empower them to pursue their dreams. Passion for Life is committed to providing a secure and nurturing environment for underserved youths, where they can be seen, heard, and believed. Through our innovative, experiential-based Finding Passion Workshops, Investigative Coaching, and Career Readiness Training programs, youths increase their self-confidence and self-efficacy, gain insight into their strengths and passions, and develop an actionable career plan that aligns with their core values and personal vision. Founded in 2009, Passion for Life is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves 200+ youths annually.
