In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for our US clients, and you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll cycles, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and supporting customers with expert guidance on federal and state requirements.Location:Recently the world has changed so we are changing with it. We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across the United States.Responsibilities:Process full-cycle payroll for US clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at federal, state, and local levels.Review timesheets, employee records, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy before each pay run.Resolve payroll inquiries related to taxes, garnishments, direct deposits, PTO, and earnings.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure all payroll data is received, validated, and completed on schedule.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US wage laws, payroll taxes, labor regulations, and reporting obligations.Prepare and review year-end documents such as W-2s, 1099s, and quarterly filings.Identify payroll discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues accordingly.Support implementation and onboarding teams with payroll setup and configuration.Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll workflows.Why Push?Do what you love!
