We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound phone calls and customer emails for a women's health product business.In this role, you will assist both individual consumers and medical office representatives with customer service inquiries related to women's health products. You'll need to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and approach every interaction with patience, professionalism, and empathy.This is a dedicated, single-agent account with relatively low call and email volumes. While the workload is manageable, consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependable coverage throughout the scheduled workday are essential to the success of the account.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.Respond professionally to product-related questions and general customer inquiries.Assist customers with questions about purchasing women's health products.Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive or personal inquiries.Provide clear and accurate information within established guidelines and escalate questions when necessary.Maintain a professional and respectful approach in every customer interaction.Protect customer privacy and handle information confidentially.Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the assigned schedule.Compensation & SchedulePay rate: $6.50 USD per hour.Paid weekly in arrears.Independent Contractor position.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.Work arrangement: Fully remote from Belize.Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)16 GB RAMDual monitorsWebcam and Wired USB Headseti5 processor or higherFibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)Backup power solutionMicrosoft Teams / Office 365Applications that do not meet the minimum technical requirements may not move forward in the process.Hiring ProcessTo ensure fairness and consistency, all applicants must complete every stage of the hiring process.Our process includes:Resume ReviewPre-Screen QuestionnaireOne-Way Video InterviewPre-Screen InterviewLive InterviewsPlease NoteAll resumes must be submitted in English to be considered for this position.
