Serving as a counterpart to the Senior Stock Associate, this role is responsible for managing sample inventory, fulfilling and shipping requests, and maintaining showroom presentation standards. ;This individual will also assist clients as needed with trim selection, sample orders, and pickups. The role requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to balance stockroom, operational, and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for design and a commitment to exceptional service. ; ;WHAT YOU WILL DOServe as a reliable counterpart to the Senior Stock Associate, supporting showroom and 983 building operationsPrepare, fulfill, and ship New York showroom and regional sample requestsManage memo sample tray inventory and assist with biannual cycle countsRestock and organize sample inventory, including replenishment stockReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, including new collections and display itemsRemove discontinued items from inventory and showroom floor, maintaining accurate recordsMaintain a clean, organized showroom aligned with luxury presentation standards, including sales tools and displaysPartner with the sales team to support operations, enhance client experience, and drive salesCommunicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and leadership; escalate issues as neededManage shipping, receiving, and stock checks accurately and on timeAdapt quickly between stockroom, operational, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentAssist clients with trim selections, sample orders, and pickups with professionalismOther duties as assigned by Senior Management
