Silverwork is Technology That’s Brilliantly HumanTM, and we are looking for experienced Mortgage Business Analysts to join our Client Success team. ;As a Business Analyst, we will equip you with the tools and knowledge to become experts in intelligent automation, particularly as it relates to our clients and the mortgage industry. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you’ll translate business requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for your assigned clients, managing all client communication, gathering requirements, and handling client requests. You’ll also facilitate the agile cycles for your client support team by helping to prioritize and plan the product backlog and coordinate the scrum processes, and write in-depth documentation as needed. ;As you become a mortgage subject matter expert, you will be enabled to easily translate industry specific concepts and terminology and provide important feedback to help improve the Silverwork product offering. In this role, you’ll be an essential member of the team as a mentor for less experienced business analysts, as well as have the opportunity to further improve your business analysis/product management skills and advance within our product management group. ;As you learn our product and processes, you’ll have the opportunity to help identify ways for the company to improve our automation and ultimately improve our product.
